Objectifs
These tailor‑made trainings raise awareness of how nature supports mental health, attention and resilience, while offering practical tools to build a more sustainable and human‑centred culture. Combining neuroscience, environmental psychology, embodied experience and simple daily practices, they help participants reconnect with nature as a powerful lever for wellbeing and long‑term behavioural change.
