Conference HR Lux Trade Fair

The environmental pillar of RSE often proves difficult to translate into concrete practices. Despite increasing information on climate change and environmental risks, behaviours change slowly and resistance remains. This conference explores why the “E” of RSE is primarily a cultural and human challenge rather than a technical one. Drawing on insights from neurobiology, environmental psychology and sociology, it highlights why information alone does not work and how values, habits, social norms and personality differences shape ecological behaviour. The session introduces nature connectedness as an overlooked lever and shares concrete, small-scale HR practices that can support more sustainable behaviours without adding pressure or complexity.
