Conference HR Lux Trade Fair
I am delighted to announce my participation in the HR LuX Trade Fair, where I will give a conference on how nature connectedness can boost well-being and performance in a professional context.
Nature as a lever for mental health
In leadership and social professions, pressure is constant — multiple responsibilities, emotional demands, and little time for recovery. These conditions often lead to chronic stress and burnout, affecting both mental health and quality of care.
Nature offers a simple yet powerful preventive tool. It calms the nervous system, lowers cortisol, restores focus, and supports emotional balance.
This training helps participants rediscover nature as a practical and sustainable resource for maintaining mental health and preventing burnout.
We go to the forest
What if nature became a daily part of education — in every season?
This immersive training invites educators and teaching staff to rediscover the forest as a rich learning environment that fosters movement, curiosity, creativity, and emotional well-being.
Through experience and reflection, participants explore how outdoor pedagogy supports children’s holistic development while promoting mental health and resilience — for both children and adults.
Nature – A precious ally in supporting children in difficulty
Supporting children who have experienced trauma, instability, or emotional challenges requires deep empathy and strong emotional regulation. Nature can become a powerful ally — both for children and for the professionals who care for them.
Scientific research shows that nature soothes the nervous system, reduces stress, and builds resilience. It provides a space of calm, safety, and growth that benefits both educators and children.
This immersive forest-based training helps participants experience and understand how nature can promote mental health, emotional balance, and professional resilience in educational and therapeutic settings.

ESG & CSR through Nature Reconnection: from concept to practice in the social sector
This training bridges ESG and CSR principles with hands-on nature experiences. Combining a half-day in nature and a half-day indoors, participants explore how reconnecting with the living world strengthens both their social mission and their ecological impact. Blending theory, sensory experience, and collaborative action, this training turns ideas into sustainable practice.
