Through experience and reflection, participants explore how outdoor pedagogy supports children’s holistic development while promoting mental health and resilience — for both children and adults.

Nature – A precious ally in supporting children in difficulty
Supporting children who have experienced trauma, instability, or emotional challenges requires deep empathy and strong emotional regulation. Nature can become a powerful ally — both for children and for the professionals who care for them.
Scientific research shows that nature soothes the nervous system, reduces stress, and builds resilience. It provides a space of calm, safety, and growth that benefits both educators and children.
This immersive forest-based training helps participants experience and understand how nature can promote mental health, emotional balance, and professional resilience in educational and therapeutic settings.
RECONNECTING TO NATURE TO SUPPORT OUTDOOR EDUCATION
A practical training day for educators and teachers to strengthen their intrinsic motivation to take learning outdoors, using personal nature connection as a foundation.
Nature as a lever for mental health
In leadership and social professions, pressure is constant — multiple responsibilities, emotional demands, and little time for recovery. These conditions often lead to chronic stress and burnout, affecting both mental health and quality of care.
Nature offers a simple yet powerful preventive tool. It calms the nervous system, lowers cortisol, restores focus, and supports emotional balance.
This training helps participants rediscover nature as a practical and sustainable resource for maintaining mental health and preventing burnout.

Mental Health Weeks : nature as a lever for mental health
As part of the Mental Health Weeks, I offer an outdoor session exploring how contact with nature supports mental health. In today’s demanding professional environments, regulating stress and maintaining balance have become essential — across all sectors.
This session provides a scientific and experiential understanding of how nature influences mood, attention, cognitive load, anxiety, and recovery. It is open to all professionals, with no prerequisites.
An invitation to understand, experience, and integrate nature as a practical tool for prevention — for yourself, your teams, and the people you support.
