After the IMS film discussion ‘The song of the forests’: exploration of nature and me
< BACK
Following the IMS Luxembourg film discussion around “The Song of the Forests”, I offer an exploring nature and me session: a moment to extend the emotion of the film through a lived, sensory and personal experience.
This session creates a simple and accessible space to explore how contact with nature influences our mental health, our attention, our emotions, and the way we relate to the world around us. Through micro‑practices, moments of observation, and a gentle immersion in the natural environment, we take time to feel, to slow down, and to explore the connection between nature… and oneself.
The session is available on reservation and can also be organised in‑company, as a wellbeing, cohesion or prevention activity, adapted to the needs of teams.
A chance to transform the inspiration of the film into a concrete, intimate and shared experience.
Open to all – limited seats.
